Our homes will provide a new neighbourhood for Rugby with a mix of house sizes to create a community for people at all stages of life.
The proposal includes 51 Social Rent homes and 34 Shared Ownership homes, providing more housing choices for local people.
The homes will be a mix of houses, apartments and maisonettes. The housing provided will be mostly semi-detached. The maisonettes have independent front doors, and the apartments are in 3 storey buildings to minimise service charges.

The homes will provide new accommodation for approximately 290 people as opposed to the current capacity of 190, therefore delivering more opportunity to meet significant housing need.

Orbit delivers new homes in accordance with:

A large proportion of homes meet Building Regulation M4(2) standard which makes accessibility provision for wheelchair users within and around the home

The homes will be delivered using:
Exceptional quality external materials reflecting and enhancing the local character
High quality, durable kitchen, bathroom, plumbing and electrical components
The majority of existing homes at Hollowell Way achieve Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings of C,D and E. The new homes will achieve EPC-B rating as a minimum.
