The proposal is for the development to be delivered in 3 phases.
Phase 1 – Delivery of site B, an extension to Park End, providing 24 new homes.
Phase 2 – Demolition of Griffiths House and Turpin House and construction of 28 new homes.
Phase 3 – Demolition of Siddaway House and Wykeham House and construction of 33 new homes.
We encourage you to complete the online feedback form and let us know what you think of our plans.
After considering comments in relation to the proposals, we intend to submit our planning application to Rugby Borough Council within the next few months.
The consultation period will run from 5pm on Tuesday 18th June, until 5pm on Tuesday 2nd July 2024.
