Change in levels managed via new green space.
Plentiful open space will be provided including a new park central to the site which will include a children’s play area. The open space will absorb the level changes on site and provide well considered, sensitive landscaping.
The landscaping, including new tree planting which will mature into a green canopy, will be complemented by new hedgerows and wildflower planting, enhancing the biodiversity within the development.
