Existing
Site A is currently developed as four four-storey brick-built apartment buildings.
Site B is located within Park End opposite existing housing which is owned and managed by Orbit Group.
Site B is currently undeveloped and used as amenity grassland.
The homes at Hollowell Way, in their existing form pose a number of constraints including:
Lack of well lit and safe pedestrian access points
Lack of public useable greenspaces
Existing homes that are not consistent with modern spatial or environmental standards
Limited tenure mix which excludes families

Attractive, useable greenspace with a new ‘green corridor’ at the heart of the development
Improved safety and security
A sustainable housing mix meeting local need and providing a more balanced community
Sustainable new homes that will benefit our customers
Reuse of existing land adding social value and greater biodiversity
