Orbit is proposing to develop 85 high quality new affordable homes to regenerate the area surrounding Hollowell Way, Brownsover.
Orbit was established in 1967 with the aim of ensuring everyone is able to live in a good quality, affordable home.
We now manage around 47,000 affordable homes in the Midlands, East and South East, and build around 1,000 new affordable homes every year.
We work closely with Homes England and local authorities to deliver affordable homes and we strive to ensure the homes we provide and the places we create are good quality, affordable and safe.

We encourage you to complete the online feedback form and let us know what you think of our plans. After considering comments in relation to the proposals, we intend to submit our planning application to Rugby Borough Council within the next few months.
The consultation period will run from 2pm on Tuesday 18th June, until 5pm on Tuesday 2nd July 2024.
